Ziaire sees producing music as a playground. A place where the restless placate and the dormant come alive. As a producer, Ziaire goes by SHERMVN (pronounced shur-muhn). His music draws from the likes of TNGHT, James Blake and Bjork. SHERMVN’s sound can be characterized as a tantalizing melting pot. Unconventionally deliberate sound selection mixed with jazz sensibilities, has led him to winning beat battles ( Beats on the Beach and Berklee’s Beat Cypher). SHERMVN is always on the look out for new genres and territory to explore and expose others to. Through this he has developed a love for hardware. Many of these pieces can be seen as technological works of art, built on decades of research and he likes to call on this to push his and others sounds forward.

Proficient in most digital workstation, with emphasis in Ableton, Logic Pro, and Pro Tools.
