“Moments in Time”

Moments in Time is the audio extension of The Better Days Will Haunt You: “A Poisoned Loaf Suite #2 by F. Marek. SHERMVN describes the audio as a guided tour through the past. The sound works as a collage of auditory memories intended to release nostalgia.

Rumble, 2021

Rumble is a visual and auditory study on human interaction with nature and architecture. This piece took form as multi-media installation created by a team of students from Berklee College of Music, Harvard, and MIT's Media Lab. Ziaire worked as a visual artist, technical specialist and management, designing an interactive visual systems using Max/MSP and Jitter, that interacted with the sounds of the room as well as setting the audio interaction and playback. This piece was evoked under the guidance of Tod Machover (Yo-yo Ma, Boston Pops, MIT).

Transcendence into Dissent, 2021

Transcendence into Dissent is a visual and auditory experience that follows divine psychosis relating to Philip K. Dick’s “VALIS”. SHERMVN worked as director, visual artist, and technical specialist, designing a live interactive, performative visual systems using Max/MSP and Jitter, showcasing my collaborators whilst driving the narrative. This piece was created in collaboration with a Berklee alumni and a Berklee Global Jazz student. This experience has been performed for Michael Bierylo, Tod Machover, and the United States Secretary of Music Education, ​​Dr. Miguel A Cardona.
